• Cleaners
• Electricians
• Plumbers
• Painters
• Locksmiths
• Blind / suppliers and installers
• Appliances Repairers
• Air-condition Repairers
• Gyprockers
• Pest Control Operators
• General Handymen

You will be working closely with our team of Property Managers and Business Support Department to carry out repair / maintenance works, and/or erect minor renovation works inside a property for our landlords and clients. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Qualification to carry out works in the relevant field / License
• ABN registration
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance
• Public Liability Insurance
• Consistently produce quality work in a timely manner at a reasonable cost
• Strong time management skills

In addition, it would also be highly desirable if you could offer the following:

• 24-hr service / on call
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Systematic, committed to getting repair done properly and "doing it the right the first time".
