We are seeking a Bookings Coordinator to join our expanding team in the Sydney office servicing Sydney’s corporate sector for their casual and permanent hospitality staffing requirements. This is an entry level position for a self – motivated individual with excellent computer skills.
Key duties:
• Liaise with clients
• Coordinate staff for bookings
• Employment and recruitment administration
• Interviewing and skills testing candidates
• Assist with marketing
Key selection criteria:
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Highly organised and deadline driven
• Desire to learn and grow within the role
